2. About HerCar
HerCar PTE LTD provides automotive services in Singapore, including car consignment, direct-sale assessments, vehicle marketing, vehicle listings, appointment coordination and related customer services.

4. Valuations, indications and direct-sale offers
Any valuation, indicative price, estimate or suggested selling range is provided for discussion purposes unless HerCar expressly confirms otherwise in writing. A direct-sale transaction is subject to vehicle inspection, verification of ownership and vehicle information, applicable documentation and HerCar's final written offer.
5. Consignment services
Submitting a consignment enquiry does not itself create a consignment agreement. Any actual consignment arrangement is governed by the separate terms agreed between HerCar and the vehicle owner. Those agreed terms take precedence over these general website Terms if there is any inconsistency.
6. Vehicle listings
Vehicle specifications, ownership information, mileage, registration details, prices, images and descriptions may be based on information supplied by owners, records, inspections or third-party sources. Prospective buyers should verify material vehicle information before committing to a purchase. Availability and prices may change without notice.
7. User submissions
When submitting an enquiry, form, document, image or other information through HerCar.sg, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide. You must not use the website to submit unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringing content.
8. Google reviews and third-party content
Google review content displayed on HerCar.sg is retrieved from Google's services and remains subject to Google's systems and policies. Review availability, order, reviewer information and aggregate ratings may change when Google updates its data. References to Google or other third-party services do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

HerCar.sg may link to third-party websites and services such as Google, WhatsApp, social media platforms, finance providers, workshops or other automotive services. HerCar is not responsible for the availability, security, content or policies of independent third-party services.
